Delivery

Pop and Weasel delivers to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, United Kingdom and the United States. If a country you wish to send shoes to is not listed here, please contact us as we can arrange shipping to additional countries. The following flat rate postage and handling fees apply to every order.

Australia: $8.95
New Zealand: $18.00
All other countries are a flat rate of $19.95

After your purchase is completed, we will organise for your order to be dispatched as soon as possible. We kindly ask that you understand deliveries can be delayed due to the current lockdowns taking place.

Delivery time is anywhere from 3 to 10 business days for Australia depending on your postcode. Delivery to New Zealand and the United States is up to 21 business days. For orders made on weekends and public holidays, please allow an extra 2-3 business days for dispatch.

We start processing and packing your order as speedily as possible after you have purchased your Pop and Weasels. This helps us to send your goods quickly, but this also means that we're unable to make changes to your order, including delivery address, changing colours and sizes or removing items.

For standard Australian deliveries, a signature may be required upon receipt of the parcel. If you are not available at your nominated delivery address, the courier will drop your order at the nearest Australia Post for pick up. The courier will leave a note in your mailbox to let you know you have missed a delivery and where you can collect it.

We do not deliver to Parcel Lockers or Click & Collect locations.

Returns

We want you to love your new shoes. If you find they are not quite right, we do offer returns.

To be eligible for a refund the products you are returning must be:

  • Purchased within the last 14 days

  • Unworn, undamaged and unmarked

  • In their original condition and in the original packaging and shoe box (we consider this part of the item)

  • The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning goods to Pop & Weasel. We cannot be responsible for goods damaged in return transit. Pop & Weasel recommends using a postage method which insures items in transit.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Any refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.

  • Pop and Weasel does not accept returns after 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • We are able to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change an item for another size, colour or style, please return the shoes to us at the above postal address listed on our returns form. We always recommend emailing us at hello@popandweasel.com to first confirm we have the style and size you request. We will put your new order aside and will post as soon we receive your returns.
